Slide Machining is performed by a professional gunsmith and machinist. Lead time is typically 2-4 weeks. Each slide milling job includes the disassembly, reassembly, and black Cerakote. Other Cerakote options are available. Choose from one of our designs or contact us for a custom design.

  • Lightening cuts for 1911s are designed to reduce the weight of the slide, improving cycling speed and reducing recoil for faster follow-up shots. For Glocks, our top window cuts not only reduce slide weight but also give your firearm a distinctive and aggressive appearance. These modifications are expertly crafted to enhance performance without compromising the strength or reliability of your firearm.

  • Glock porting involves adding precision-cut ports to the slide and barrel of your Glock, allowing gases to escape upward, reducing muzzle rise, and improving recoil management.   • This service applies a single color Cerakote to the entire slide, offering a clean and durable finish that enhances both the look and protection of your firearm.

  • Our color match service ensures that the new Cerakote finish seamlessly blends with the existing colors on your firearm. This option provides a cohesive and uniform look, whether you're covering the entire slide or just the machined areas.

Camouflage

  • McCluskey Arms' standard camo includes M81, MultiCam, N81, Callahan, Splinter and more. Standard camo costs $410.

  • Any three color camo starts at $410. Each additional color is $35. Stenciling charges range from $40-$80 depending on difficulty.

Custom Cerakote

  • Work with our experts to develop a completely custom Cerakote design that turns your pistol into a one-of-a-kind piece, blending aesthetics with robust, long-lasting protection.

  • Work with our applicators to create the right color. Each custom color costs $65.
